You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without any specific reason. You may cancel your order within 14 days of the date on which you received the goods or when they are collected by a third party appointed by you who is not a courier.

We will refund you the amount you have paid no later than 30 days from the date we receive the returned goods. The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made and will not be subject to any additional charges.
Return Policy:
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods have been purchased within the last 14 days
• The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

• Products that are made according to your personal instructions or are obviously tailored to your needs.
• Goods that are by their nature unsuitable for return, such as perishable goods or goods that have passed their expiry date.
• Goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and have been unpacked after delivery.
• Goods that are indistinguishable from other items by nature of the goods after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse, at our sole discretion, to accept any return that does not comply with the conditions above.

We accept no responsibility for goods that are damaged or lost during the return process. We therefore recommend that you use an insured and tracked shipping service. We will not be able to provide a refund without the goods being received or without proof of receipt of the return.
